I am a passionate person who believes that curiosity can help all of us in every aspect of life. I have a desire to help people live authentically in their core values. This past couple of years has added new layers of challenges (trauma) for business owners and employees alike. My unique experience in owning a corporate training business and also being a licensed mental health professional gives me unique insight on how to best help you individually and corporately.
