Healthy curiosity asks, “I wonder what that person has experienced?” instead of “What’s wrong with that person?”

Trauma needs to be healed in community. Learn what happens to the brain in trauma, the brain’s predictive nature, and the impact trauma has on our physical, mental, and emotional health. A caring question, genuine empathy, and a small act of kindness can have a major impact on a trauma survivor.
